We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Orders are fulfilled by our US shipping partner. Most orders arrive in about 6–9 days after you place them. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during the holiday season or because of carrier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@novvexxa.com.

Orders with more than one item

Items in the same order are shipped together whenever possible. Occasionally they may arrive in separate packages.

Wrong address or lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please contact us within 7 days and we will help you resolve it.
